Called to order at 7:30 by President Warren Shaw
Report of Officers; Steve gave a report on 8 calls for past month. Also reminded members to start UTV before leaving hall. Forms are available for members using tax credit. Members reminded to keep gas cans full of non-ethanol gas.
Report of Commitees: Banquet to be held on April 30th. Barbeque will be held April 23rd to align with Adironduck race on the 24th. Drive thru event again this year.
Instruction and training: Training on 2/10 using mobile home on soft maple road including demonstration of new thermal imaging cameras. Water rescue on 2/19. Haz Mat refresher in Croghan on Mar 17th.
Good of the order: Steve and Warren had a good visit/discussion with Town of Watson board.

Report of Officers: Steve gave a report on multiple calls the night of the windstorm. For any calls using UTV, start the UTV in the hall prior to leaving. Training hours are posted in bay area.
Emergency Management dropped off COVID masks and test kits for mass distribution on Sat. Upcoming meeting with Town of Watson to discuss contract and review services available. Air compressor fill station had a fitting damaged while under warranty. Rob reported on 77 calls for 2021.
Report of Committees: All current. Banquet postponed from Feb. Nominating committee has been put out with Joe Virkler as chair.
Membership: Matthew Knight and Brayden Monnat voted in. Brayden is effective in Feb.
Communication: Thank you received from our cleaning crew from UPC for pizza party. Resignation received and approved for Honorary Membership for Ralph Hoch. Tom Williams dropped from rolls.
Instruction and Training: New training guidelines are in effect. Drills have been added to third Saturday. Upcoming drill on UTV and reviewing turnout gear. Ice water training in Feb. Haz Mat training in Mach.
New Business: Nate Gardner will bring more info on new license plates for members vehicles.
For the good of the order; Bloodmobile on Jan 17th, COVID booster on Jan 28th. Thank you's received from county dispatch and emergency management for flowers sent.

Report of Officers: Steve reported on calls for past month with low turnout. He thanked Hollee Lee for coordinating Health Assessment night. All interior firefighters should have own masks.Pat thanked members for responding to MVA on Texas Rd
Instruction and Training- Steve reported on new training guidelines and incentive program. Chiefs will be adding a drill to be held on 3rd Saturday of the month. 8 hours of OSHA training required for all members. Upcoming drill to prepare for winter.
New Business; Pat Lyng looking into leak in roof hatch of Rescue 1. Nate Gardner looking into ordering mebr licence plates. New water softener system is installed but needs additional work to be fully operational.
Good of the order: Becky thanked all that participated in Christmas Parade. Steve will be sending flowers to Dispatch and County Emergency Management.

Report of Officers; Steve reported on Lewis Co Advisory Board Haz-Mat Grant awarding us a new Gas Detector which will be placed on Rescue 1. We also received a new 60 gallon portable pond to use for Hazmat Fuel spills. Health Assessments will be held on Nov 16th. Rob reported that Jerome Fire will be looking at Engine 1 generator.
Report of committees: A new committee signup sheet will be drafted along with committee descriptions for review at Dec Meeting. Kevin Yousey has volunteered to oversee member ID tags with help from Joe Virkler
Treasurers Report read in and accepted
Instruction and Traininig- Drill on 11/11 on responding to CO alarms and response to Solar Energy issuss. A mobile home has been donated by the Deem family for training.
Membership: Resignations accepted from John W. Martin and Myron Zehr.
Unfinished Business: Snowplow bid awarded to Randall Zehr. All but 3 members have signed off to date on Sexual Harrassment and Workplace Violence Prevention Training. The remaining members will be contacted. Steve gave an update on new Member incentive Program including 2 tiers of recognition based on participation in calls and training.
New Business; Report received from Martin Water Services regarding our water sample analysis. Members approved the purchase of a water softener system to be used to protect our equipment.
Good of the Order: Becky reported that Christmas in Croghan has been replaced by Maple and Mistletoe on Sat Nov 27th including a parade. Becky is also submitting a member clothing order. Thanks were given to Colin Edick for organizing Department's Halloween open house.

Report of Officers: Steve congratulated Colin Edick on completion of Interior Firefighter training.Reminded folks to make sure shoreline is pushed in all the way on Rescue 1. Thanked members that turned out for 9/11 ceremony at VFW. Outside generator has been serviced.Rob reported that Training hours have been posted in bay area. Generator on Engine 1 is not working.
Report of Committee: Sick Committee acknowledged Funeral for Ron Bush. Members voted in favor of a less formal banquet.

Instruction and Training: Extrication Drill to be held on 10/14 at Kaflines.
Old Business New Tanker is on hold waiting for computer chips. Currently planned to begin production in Feb.
New Business: Snowplow bids to be accepted at next meeting. Colin Edick will be organizing Halloween Open House. Walt will be contacting Martin Water Service to conduct a water sample analysis. Department received an old backboard which had a painting of the firehall created by Bill Waite from Camp Oswegatchie.

Old Business: Adam Monnat has completed pressure washing building exterior. Fortuna has been repaired. New Tanker has been pushed back to January.

Instruction and Training: Warren reviewed department's Sexual Harrassment and Workplace Violence prevention training policy. Drill held at Iroquois Gas.New Bremen will be hosting a Water Rescue Drill. Engine training coming up soon.

Report of officers: Steve reported on the motorcycle accident and a baler fire. Mutual Aid with Harrisville was reactivated. Looking for pump operators/helpers to sign up for monthly pump checks. DEC grant paperwork has been submitted.
Report of Committees: Becky reported on summer party plans for July 10th at American Legion.
Treasurers Report read and accepted
Instruction and Training: EVOC and PVO available online for members still needing it to be on the drivers list. June 10th drill at Brookfield in Belfort and Taylorville.
New Business: Engine 2 primer needs to be replaced. Engine one also has some repair needs. Will contact Jerome Fire to service.New Tanker is currently scheduled for November arrival.
Good of the Order: Fair Parade is July 20th.

Report of Officers: Steve reported on 6 calls with an average of 14 members per call. Any interior members still needing a mask should contact Steve. Effective immediately, drivers list and EVOC updates will be utilized. This includes the boat and UTV.
Report of Committees: Barbeque was successful and will continue a drive thru model in the future. New air packs are in service. Committee sign up sheet will be passed around.
Instruction and Training: 4 hour EVOC class will be held in person or members can utilize the online training.
Good of the organization: See Joe Virkler if having problems with WIFI or connectivity at hall. Memorial Day parade at New Bremen this year.

Report of Officers:
Chief Steve Monnat reported on January Calls including 3 using the UTV. He asked members to start the UTV before leaving the hall.Colby reviewed the new data management system, Blue Devil,. He is working on getting set up to issue new member ID tags using this system.
Report of Committees: Nominating committee established. Any eligible member wishing to serve as an officer should contact Joe Virkler or Collin Edick. Annual Party committee was reviewed. Funddrive Committee is in progress. Letter has been drafted and Ralph Kimbrell will work on addresses. A worknight to stuff envelopes will be set up later.
Proposal for Membership: Miranda Shafer was read in to be voted on in March.
Membership: Bill Hutnik and Ralph Kimbrell resigned. Tristan Tabolt elected to membership during January Executive Meeting.
Instruction and Training: Ice/Cold Water Rescue Training Saturday Feb 13th at 8am
New Business: Air Compressor- members voted to purchase new Air Compressor/SCBA fill station to replace the one that is almost 27 years old.
New Tanker- Committee has narrowed options down to two. They will present one option to be voted on at the March meeting.
Good of the Order: Hall rentals will begin as soon as deemed safe with guidance from public officials. Hall Renovation work to begin the week of Feb 15th including painting, new carpet and installation of Accoustic Panels to reduce echo in the meeting room. Members voted to proceed with annual barbeque in April. Possibly a drive through.
